Shipping your Excess Camping Gear and Luggage to Bicycle Tour of Colorado popup

Must be in a plastic tub. We recommend a durable, 17 - 23 gallon size storage tub. (see picture below in ‘Attaching Label’ section).
Ship camping gear, extra bike parts, bike tools and any extras needed for the tour.
GEAR Forward is Inbound/Outbound transit only; it is not day-to-day transit within the event itself.
GEAR Forward is Ground service only.
Sign up is limited to online ONLY. To Sign up, click on the Sign Up icon in the upper right.
Service is a ‘Drop-Off’ only at any UPS center or store in your local area.
Must ship out minimum of 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Self-track your shipment with secure access to your Account once you sign up.
We will move your empty containers for reuse at the end of the event as applicable.
Rates are guaranteed at $1.50 per pound with a $30 minimum or 20 lb minimum.
Fully fill container and eliminate any ‘dead’ space.
Ensure tub lid is securely fastened; failure to secure your lid properly could have the lid come off in transit; HCS is not liable for lost tub contents if lid is not securely set.
Mark with a permanent marker: name and phone on sidewall of container (see picture below in ‘Attaching Label’ section).

	You will receive your labels via E-MAIL
	Print two (2) copies of the label and secure one (1) inside the tub for identification should label come off in transit; tape the copy to the inside of the container’s wall. Tape the label in center of the lid of the tub. Tape with clear packing tape once horizontally around entire tub; and once vertically around entire tub (as shown in picture above).
