High Country Shipping’s Services for the Breck Epic

	Bike and luggage delivery to the Breck Hotels and the Breck Epic campground is available at no additional cost.
	Professional bike building and disassembly services are coordinated thru HCS.
	Bike box storage during the Breck Epic is free when shipping with HCS.

How it works

1.	HCS partners with Federal Express to offer personalized shipping services.
2.	We strongly encourage riders to make their reservations online. HCS will then contact you to confirm shipping.
3.	Plastic shipping labels will be sent to you. ** View your state's ship-by dates on the map below
4.	HCS will arrange for pickup of your bike from your home, work, or bike shop. Bikes can also be dropped at any local Fed-Ex ship center.
5.	HCS will confirm the pickup and track the shipment to insure its on-time arrival.
6.	Upon arrival of your shipment at our facility we will inform you via email.
7.	HCS delivers your bike or you pick it up from the Breck Epic campground.
8.	If loss or damage occurs during shipping, HCS becomes your advocate. We initiate the claim, fill out the forms, and see the process through to resolution.

Pricing and Transit Dates

The set prices below are based on a bike box that weighs up to 60lbs, with a dimensional size of up to 130, and that is insured for $1,000 (additional insurance is available at $1 per $100 in value).

Bike Packing Recommendations

	We strongly recommend taking your bike to your local bicycle shop and having it professionally packed. There are horror stories about bikes packed by shipping stores. If it's packed at a bicycle shop, there will be less risk of damage or additional assembly charges related to improper disassembly and packing.
	When packing your bike remember TAPE LINES! Mark your seat post height, handle bar and aero bar position with tape. This will insure proper positioning and fit.

Where to Pick-Up Your Bike BEFORE the Breck Epic

1.	Bikes and luggage can be picked up from High Country Shipping’s vendor stand at the Breck Epic Campground on Saturday the 21st of August.
2.	Let us know if you need your bike earlier then Saturday the 21st of August.

Where to Drop-Off Your Bike AFTER the Breck Epic

1.	Bikes and luggage can be dropped off for shipping immediately after race ends on Saturday the 28th of August at HCS vendor stand at the Breck Epic Campground.
2.	HCS will be available to pick up bikes and luggage at Breckenridge hotels at no additional charge.
