High Country Shipping’s Services for the LAGBRAU

	Bike delivery to the start of LAGBRAU's 3, 7, and 10 day rides in Arches National Park and Grand View Point in Moab, Utah.
	Professional bike assembly/disassembly can be arranged thru HCS ($30 each way).
	Bike box storage during the LAGBRAU is included.

How it works

1.	HCS partners with Fed-Ex to offer personalized shipping services.
2.	We *strongly* encourage riders to make their reservations online. HCS will then contact you to confirm shipping.
3.	Plastic shipping labels will be sent to your home or place of work. View your state’s ship-by dates on the map below.
4.	HCS will arrange for pickup of your bike and/or luggage.
5.	HCS will confirm the pickup and track the shipment to insure its on-time arrival.
6.	Upon arrival of your shipment at our facility we will inform you via email.
7.	HCS coordinates bike delivery and bike box transport to the finish.
8.	At the end of the LAGBRAU in Cedar City HCS coordinates return shipping.

Pricing and Transit Dates

The set prices below are based on a bike box that weighs up to 60lbs, with a dimensional size of up to 130, and that is insured for $1,000 (additional insurance is available at $1 per $100 in value).

Bike Packing Recommendations

	We strongly recommend taking your bike to your local bicycle shop and having it professionally packed. If it's packed at a bicycle shop there will be less risk of damage or additional assembly charges related to improper disassembly or packing.
	When packing your bike remember TAPE LINES! Mark your seat post height, handle bar and aero bar position with tape. This will insure proper positioning and fit.

Where to Pick-Up Your Bike BEFORE the LAGBRAU

1.	Bikes will be available for pick-up at Moab Cyclery in Moab on Wednesday, August 25th.
2.	7 and 10-Day Tour rider's who are shuttling across Utah will have their bikes delivered directly to Arches National Park or Grand View Point.
3.	Let us know if you need your bike earlier then Wednesday, August 25th.
Where to Drop-Off Your Bike AFTER the LAGBRAU for return shipping.

1.	Bikes can be dropped off conveniently after LAGBRAU at Cedar City Bike Shop.
