How it works


1.	WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE RIDERS TO MAKE RESERVATIONS ONLINE

	HCS will then contact you to confirm your request. Your welcome packet will be sent to you via usmail or email (if time does not permit mailing).

2.	HCS arranges for bike pickup from your home, work, or local bike shop ($12 additional fee). Bikes can also be dropped at any local UPS/Fedex ship center(no additional cost).

3.	HCS keeps you inform via email of your bike’s pickup, arrival & return shipping. You can also login to our website at any time to view online.

4.	If loss or damage occurs during shipping, HCS serves as your advocate. We initiate the claim, fill out the forms, and see the process through to resolution.

The set prices below are based on a bike box that weighs up to 60 lbs., with a dimensional size of up to 130, and that is insured for $1,000 (additional insurance is available at $1.25 per $100 in value maximum $4000).

Bike Packing Recommendations

	We strongly recommend taking your bike to your local bicycle shop and having it professionally packed. If it's packed by a bicycle shop, there will be less risk of damage or additional assembly charges related to improper disassembly or packing.

	When packing your bike remember TAPE LINES! Mark your seat post height, handle bar and aero bar position with tape. This will insure proper positioning and fit.

	Event Logistics All bikes shipped to LAGBRAU are shipped exclusively through High Country Shipping.

Where to Pick-Up Your bike BEFORE the Event

Bikes will be available for pick-up at our partner bike shop or your hotel.

Where to Drop-Off your bike for Disassembly and Return Shipping

Bikes can be dropped off for disassembly & return shipping to our partner bike shop or your hotel.
