However at times circumstances beyond our control may occur(rare though). If this were to happen we will do everything we can to get your luggage delivered as quickly as possible. We are not responsible for ski and clothing rental etc. if your luggage does not arrive on time based on circumstances beyond our control. We have a relationship with the local sporting goods stores to provide discounted rentals, etc. if the need should arise.
